In what’s being heralded as a world first an Australian pirate has managed to download a car over the internet.
“You see these anti-piracy ads all the time saying you wouldn’t download a car,” said Dazza from Bankstown. “For me that sounded a lot like a challenge, so I gave it a burl.”
Dazza managed to download a 2012 Holden Commodore using Bit Torrent.
“It was surprisingly easy,” said Dazza. “All I did was hook up my torrent program and start downloading. Two hours later I have a Commodore sitting in my bedroom.”
